Admission requirements
1. The work must be true, novel, vivid and interesting;
2. Form of work: short video;
Within 3.3 minutes, the resolution is not lower than 1920* 1080P, the video type is mp4 or mov format, the image is clear and the editing is smooth;
Individuals and groups can participate in the competition, regardless of region. The number and category of short videos submitted by each contestant are not limited;
5. Short videos must be original and must not contain watermarks and logo. It is strictly forbidden to use other people's works to participate in the competition;
6. The winning works of the first and second Funing Lv Wen Vibrato Short Video Competition will not be re-evaluated;
7. By default, the contestants agree that the organizer of this event (Funing County Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau) has the right to use each entry for free, and the entries are selected and published, and the entries can be copied, disseminated and adapted.
8. It is strictly forbidden to brush praise. Once found, you will be directly disqualified from participating in the awards;
9. The final interpretation right of the activity belongs to Funing County Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau.

expert review
Among the works qualified in the primary selection, 40 works were selected by the expert group for final evaluation, from which the best theme awards were produced: grand prize, first prize, second prize, third prize and excellent prize.
Online voting

The 40 finalists will be posted to the official account of "Funing Lv Wen" WeChat for one month, and the best popularity prize will be generated (the number of votes for winning works shall not be less than 1000).
Announcement of results
The results will be announced before March 20, 2023.
