What happens when you eat eggs or even eggshells?

It's okay. Eggshells contain calcium.

Treat rickets in children. Eggshell contains more than 90% calcium carbonate and a small amount of sodium carbonate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and other substances, which can be ground into powder for oral administration and can be used to treat rickets in children.

Treat stomachache. Wash and break the egg shell, put it in an iron pan and fry it with slow fire (don't scorch it), and then grind it into powder. The finer the better, take an egg shell every day and take it with warm water two or three times before or after meals. It has analgesic and antacid effects on patients with duodenal ulcer, stomachache and hyperacidity.
