Li Ruolin was the minister of punishments during the reign of Xuande in Ming Dynasty.

Li Ruolin was born in Guiyu (now Guiyu), the capital of Guishan. In the first year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1426), Yuan Zhongya (ranked second) was a scholar of Xuande for five years and served as the director of punishments. Rulin handled the case seriously, attached importance to finding out the evidence, handled it according to law, and reported the case file in detail and integrity, which was highly appreciated by the Minister of Justice.
