What should we pay attention to in mental health?

(1) Adapt to the environment and transform the environment: Individuals with mental health can get a correct understanding in social practice, thus making normal and effective responses. They will not shrink back, fantasize or escape from all kinds of problems in life, face the reality, deal with them with a pragmatic and positive attitude, take psychological defense measures, buffer contradictions under certain circumstances, and turn around.

(2) Self-knowledge and self-love: Self-knowledge means knowing yourself, being able to correctly carry out self-observation, self-identification, self-judgment and self-evaluation, not feeling inferior, not shrinking back, not being afraid, not being pretentious in social life and study, accepting yourself, cherishing and protecting yourself, attaching importance to physical and mental health, and cherishing your reputation and image. Self-love includes self-esteem, self-confidence and self-control.

(3) Good interpersonal relationship: The normal psychology should be to have friends, be helpful, accept the feelings and help of others, and be kind, enthusiastic, sincere and tolerant when getting along with others. Therefore, we can establish good interpersonal relationships with others.

(4) Active labor: human brain and organs develop in labor, and the full development of human psychological activity ability must also be realized through labor practice. When sensory perception is deprived and intelligence and limb organs are not used, people's overall psychological ability will be significantly reduced. Only when it is used in labor can individuals be fully developed, thus enhancing their self-confidence and experiencing the meaning of life. Labor can not only strengthen the connection between individuals and reality, but also make people get rid of excessive concern about their own thoughts and eliminate unnecessary worries.
