How to handle a file card?

The card application is as follows:

(1) Apply to the village committee and get the application of poor households;

(2) according to the actual situation, fill in the application form for poor households and submit it to the village Committee;

(3) The village committee appoints personnel to conduct on-the-spot investigation to verify the real situation;

(four) to participate in the villagers' congress;

(5) Wait for the results to be announced.

On the basis of existing work, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) adhere to the effective connection between poverty alleviation and development and the rural minimum living security system, and build a national poverty alleviation information network system for every poor household in accordance with the principles of county as a unit, scale control, graded responsibility, accurate identification and dynamic management. Special poverty alleviation measures should be linked to the results of poverty identification, in-depth analysis of the causes of poverty, village-by-village development of assistance measures, focus on support, and effectively help the poor, to ensure that the goal of stable poverty alleviation is achieved within the specified time. The purpose of poverty alleviation and development is to accurately identify poor households and poor villages, understand the poverty situation, analyze the causes of poverty, find out the need for assistance, clarify the main body of assistance, implement assistance measures, carry out evaluation and effectiveness, implement dynamic management, and check the work performance of responsible persons and poor objects. Monitor and evaluate poverty-stricken counties and contiguous destitute areas, analyze and master the work of poverty alleviation and development, and provide basis for decision-making and evaluation of poverty alleviation and development.

What materials do I need to apply for filing a standing card?

1. The Application Form for Accurate Poverty Alleviation through Provincial Education, the applicant's ID card, the original and photocopy of the household registration book, and the photocopy of the first page of the household registration book;

2. The original and photocopy of the student card stamped with the official seal of the county poverty alleviation office;

3, I and family employees' salary income certificate;

4. Low-income families provide low-income certificates;

5. Copy of the applicant's local bank card (name of employees in difficulty in the system) (indicating the specific bank) is preferably CCB (trade union membership card-rural commercial bank).

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on Minimum Living Security for Urban Residents stipulates that the minimum living security standard for urban residents shall be determined according to the local expenses for clothing, food and housing necessary for maintaining the basic life of urban residents, and the expenses for water, electricity, coal (gas) and compulsory education for minors shall be properly considered. The minimum living standard for urban residents in municipalities directly under the central government and cities divided into districts shall be formulated by the civil affairs department of the Municipal People's Government in conjunction with the departments of finance, statistics and prices, and submitted to the people's government at the corresponding level for approval and promulgation. The minimum living standard for urban residents in counties (county-level cities) shall be formulated by the civil affairs department of the people's government of counties (county-level cities) jointly with the departments of finance, statistics and prices, and submitted to the people's government at the same level for approval and the people's government at the next higher level for the record before promulgation and implementation. When the minimum living standard for urban residents needs to be improved, it shall be re-approved in accordance with the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs.

Article 7

To apply for the minimum living allowance for urban residents, the head of the household shall submit a written application to the subdistrict office or the town people's government where the household registration is located, issue relevant certification materials, and fill in the Approval Form for the Minimum Living Allowance for Urban Residents. The minimum living allowance for urban residents shall be audited by the neighborhood office or the town people's government, and the relevant materials and preliminary examination opinions shall be reported to the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level for approval.
