Chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer generally interfere with the reproduction of cancer cells by changing or inhibiting the biochemical metabolism of cancer cells, mainly anthracyclines and paclitaxel.
Anthracyclines: Common drugs include adriamycin, epirubicin, pirarubicin, etc. Common adverse reactions include cardiotoxicity (adriamycin is the most serious), bone marrow suppression, digestive tract reaction and so on.
Taxus drugs: Taxol and docetaxel are common drugs, and common adverse reactions include bone marrow suppression, allergic reaction, skin reaction (erythema) and gastrointestinal reaction.
