Time flies, so the last semester of the big class ended. Looking back on the first semester's work, this semester's large class teaching has come to a successful conclusion with the cooperation of Qi Xin, our six teachers a year. With the guidance and help of leaders and colleagues, all teachers are consistent, conscientious and down-to-earth in their work. Guided by the spirit of the Outline, they carried out various forms of teaching and scientific research activities around creating and carrying forward the spirit of folk culture, which effectively improved our professional level. The work of this semester is summarized as follows:

We have three classes and young teachers a year. Based on the cultivation of young teachers, in order to make new teachers grow up quickly. We carried out counseling activities. Instruct new teachers to design teaching plans and try out teaching. Have an open class in front of all kindergarten teachers. Improve the teaching professional level of new teachers in repeated activities.
2, unity and cooperation, striving for success.
In the new year, we will maintain a good working atmosphere of the team, mobilize the enthusiasm of each teacher, explore their specialties, devote ourselves more attentively to the work of the kindergarten, unite as one, and accomplish various tasks well.
3. Qixin cooperates with each other and promotes each other.
Under the leadership of the leaders of the park, all the teachers in the large class are United, diligent and practical, learn from each other, promote each other and cooperate closely, and treat all the work with the attitude of being masters, forming a positive and cooperative atmosphere and completing all the work well.
