How to judge flat feet and normal feet by footprints

Pay attention to the footprints when you step on the paper barefoot. When stepping on paper, pay attention to the footprints that must be standing, and don't squat or sit. Then look at whether the foot-down part of the footprint is bent, which proves that this place does not touch the ground. In other words, you have an arch, flat feet have no arch, the arch of light flat feet is very small, and the footprint of heavy flat feet is almost a long ellipse. Normal feet have obvious bending. Wearing P-heel shoes with flat feet is a test. Step on the book two centimeters in front of the soles of your feet, and follow the ground with your feet, so as to move your center of gravity backward, so as to reduce stress, relax your arch, give your arch time to cultivate, and also reduce some pain. See Testing for more information. It is best to step on footprints in the afternoon. If the footprints are obviously bent in the afternoon, they are not flat feet.
