It means that your mobile phone number has been stolen by others and you have registered a health card. Delete other mobile phone numbers. The way to change the number is:

1, click on WeChat; Search for health code applet; Click declare again.

2. Enter the editing page and click "Modify Mobile Number".

3. Check the agreement, and then click Finish. This can unbind other mobile phone numbers on the health card.
