How do your unhealthy habits affect your life?

Before going to college, there are rules for attending closed schools, eating time, bedtime or other time. There is little time to do other things, so there are fewer unhealthy habits.

After I went to college, I released my nature. I learned to be lazy because I was absent from class. Like most college students, I have difficulty getting up. Although this habit is not too bad, I think it is because lazy beds delay a lot of things.

In addition, I fell in love with playing games and put a lot of time into games, which delayed my usual study, resulting in the countdown of my academic performance and failing several courses. It takes time to make up for it now, not just worry.

In addition, when I entered the university, I did less exercise and often drank some drinks. I was a little fat and caught a cold.

The most unhealthy thing to say is to play mobile phones until midnight every day, which leads to the aggravation of myopia and astigmatism. I didn't wear glasses before, but now I can't see clearly. So quit these unhealthy habits as soon as possible.
