I. Registration Time

Second, the registration conditions
China people and citizens who live and work in our city, regardless of gender, age, nationality, race and education level, can take the self-study exam in our province. Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese and foreigners can also take the self-study exam in our province as required.
Third, the registration procedure.
New candidates who take the self-taught examination for the first time must go through the registration procedures for freshmen before they can choose courses to apply for the examination (see Annex 1 for the arrangement of the examination for starting courses). Candidates who have registered freshmen and obtained the admission ticket number and complete personal information can register directly (see Annex 2 for the operation process). Candidates with incomplete personal information such as blank ID number and name and lack of photos will not be able to apply. Please contact the municipal or district recruitment offices in advance (see Annex 3) to improve your personal information in time so as not to affect your application.
(1) Freshman Registration
It is divided into two stages: forecast name and formal registration.
1. Forecast name
Freshmen use the Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination Management System (website: /selfec/, the same below) to predict their names from candidates' admission channels. According to the Notice on Adjustment of Self-taught Higher Education Examination in Guangdong Province (Guangdong Examination Committee [2065 438+08] 1No.), freshmen can only choose the adjusted professional name when registering. Candidates are required to enter personal information and set a personal password when predicting their names. After the prediction is successful, they will get a unique prediction name, which is valid only once. Candidates must complete the mobile phone binding before they can formally register. Please take good care of your self-study exam candidate number and password, and don't disclose it to others. Don't enter your self-study exam examinee number and password on third-party websites outside official website to avoid personal information disclosure.
Before formal registration, candidates must carefully check the forecast name information. If there are any mistakes, they should go online to modify them in time, otherwise they cannot modify the photos after confirmation.
2. Formal registration
There are two ways of formal registration: formal registration of small programs and formal registration on the spot. Candidates are advised to register through the first method of "formal registration of small programs" (after successful registration of small programs, it is not necessary to confirm at the on-site registration point); Candidates who have difficulty in using small programs can register through the second "on-site formal registration" method.
(1) applet officially registered
Candidates are requested to use the forecast name and password set during the forecast within the specified time to formally register through the official WeChat (ID: gdsksy) applet of Guangdong Education Examinations Institute (see Annex 4 for operating instructions). After formal registration is successful, you will get a unique admission ticket number. All candidates must remember their admission ticket number, and must use this admission ticket number to apply for the exam.
Candidates are requested to take clear frontal portrait photos according to the guidelines (see Annexes 4 and 5 for specific requirements). The photo of the ID card collected in the process of the examinee's identity verification is the archived photo of the examinee in the self-taught examination management system, which will be used for the graduation certificate and other self-taught examination services. If you can't register online due to the change of five senses, you can register by means of "official registration on site".
Reminder: 1. If the photo recognition fails, you can click on the face recognition result to see the reason for the failure and try again. If you still can't pass the three attempts, you can choose to manually review and submit (you need to supplement the front and back of your ID card and hold a photo of your ID card) and wait for manual review. 2. After the photo face recognition is passed, it will be manually reviewed. If the manual review fails, you can click "Modify Forecast Name" through the login system of "Guangdong Self-taught Examination Management System" to find out the reasons for the failure, and then submit qualified photos for review again according to the reasons; You can also register through "on-site formal registration" before August 3 1, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.
(2) Formal registration on site
Candidates who have difficulty in registering for small programs can bring their second-generation ID cards to the official registration points of self-study exams in various districts of Guangzhou (see Annex 6) for formal registration. Candidates are required to provide their forecast names, verify their identity information and take photos on the spot (dark tops are recommended to ensure the quality of photos). According to the Reply on Examination Service Fee and Electronic Photo Collection Fee (Sui [2005] No.425), the registration fee for candidates is 6 yuan/person.
(2) Candidates apply for the exam
1. All candidates must register for "Yue (Sui) Kang Code" (hereinafter referred to as "Yue Kang Code") before entering the exam, and then register for the course through the self-taught examination management system of Guangdong Province, and pay online. Candidates must complete the mobile phone binding before entering the exam. If necessary, they can unbind and rebind by applying the mobile phone binding function in the menu bar.
Note: Old candidates who need to retrieve the admission ticket number or password can retrieve it from the system entrance channel-"Retrieving the Admission Ticket Number" or "Retrieving the Password" through the bound valid mobile phone number.
2. Candidates can choose a test area to register according to the supply of test sites in each test area. Each candidate can only register once for each exam, and only one exam area can be selected to take the exam. When saving or modifying the registration information, SMS verification is needed to confirm the registration operation of candidates. The contact mobile phone and mailing address confirmed at the time of registration will serve as an important channel for the self-study offices at all levels to contact candidates. Candidates must check carefully to ensure accuracy, and the consequences caused by filling in the wrong or other people's mobile phone number shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates must carefully check whether the selected examination area and the courses reported are correct before confirming the application information. Once the examination area and the registration course are confirmed by the candidates, they may not be added, deleted or changed. Once the registration fee is paid online, it will not be refunded Candidates must log in to the self-taught examination management system again after paying the fee to check whether the payment status is "paid" to confirm whether the application is successful. Candidates should avoid registering for courses and paying fees at the last minute to avoid missing registration and paying fees due to power failure, network congestion and other reasons.
3. For some old students who don't have photos in the admission ticket information, please prepare electronic photos (168* 192, blue background photos), the original ID card and a copy. If you have a card-type admission ticket and course certificate, please provide the original and a copy together, and go to the self-study section window of the Foreign Affairs Office Hall on the third floor of our office during office hours. Note: photo review takes time, which may affect the application during this time.
4. Candidates with social disabilities who need to provide reasonable convenience during the examination can submit a formal written application to the recruitment office of the district where they apply for the examination with their "People's Republic of China (PRC) Second Generation and Above Disabled Persons Certificate" during the examination (see Annex 3 for contact information), and will not be accepted after the examination.
Fourth, print the admission ticket
Candidates are required to log in to the Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination Management System within 10 days before the start of the examination, and print the admission ticket, which will contain the seat information of the candidates who took the examinations in various subjects at that time. The admission ticket is printed on ordinary A4 paper. Forgery, alteration or unauthorized alteration is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to make any marks on the front and back of the admission ticket.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) precautions for taking the exam
(1) All candidates must rely on the online self-printed admission ticket for the current exam, their valid ID card (including temporary id card, photo ID card issued by the public security organ to take the national education exam, social security (citizen) card, driver's license and residence permit in Guangdong Province, excluding electronic ID card; Soldiers, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces, overseas Chinese and foreigners can take the exam with the corresponding registration certificate) and the "Yuekang Code" green code and health information declaration form.
(2) All candidates must consciously abide by the instructions for candidates of the self-study examination for epidemic prevention and control in Guangdong Province in June, 2022 (22nd to 25th) (Annex 7), and strictly abide by the local regulations and requirements on epidemic prevention and control. Candidates should truthfully declare their personal health status in the "Yuekang Code" every day, truthfully fill in the declaration form of personal health information on 10 day before the test, and provide it to the staff of the test center when accepting the test before the test. Candidates who conceal abnormal physical conditions and provide false information, resulting in serious consequences, shall be investigated for the responsibility of relevant personnel according to law.
(3) Candidates should take masks (disposable medical masks or surgical masks) with them to take the exam, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work according to the requirements of local recruitment departments and test sites. Candidates entering the test center should obey the arrangement of on-site staff management and epidemic prevention and control. Don't walk around the test center at will, keep a distance of more than 1 meter with others, avoid close contact and communication, leave the test center quickly after the test, and don't gather.
(4) Candidates who have symptoms such as fever and cough during the examination should immediately report to the staff of the test center.
(5) Candidates should abide by epidemic prevention laws and requirements, cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work, and provide health certificates as required. The epidemic prevention and control of the examination will be managed dynamically according to the new requirements. Candidates should pay close attention to the information released by official website, Guan Wei, Guangzhou Recruitment Network and Guangzhou Recruitment (official WeChat account) of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before the exam.
Six, the results announced and review application

1. Application review procedure. Candidates who have objections to the results of a certain subject must go to the district enrollment office to take the test with their ID card and admission ticket within the specified time (specific time and place will be notified separately). The performance review is limited to reviewing whether there are any missing comments, missing marks, wrong marks, wrong marks, scoring standards and scoring rules, and it is not within the scope of review if there is any objection to the answer score.
2. Inform the evaluation results. The office of the Provincial Self-study Examination Committee shall organize a special person to review the examination paper in accordance with the relevant provisions, and notify the candidates of the review results through the self-study examination management system. Seven, illegal treatment
The Office of the Guangdong Provincial Self-study Examination Committee will strictly deal with candidates who cheat in violation of regulations in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and relevant regulations, and record relevant information in the integrity file truthfully. Those who are suspected of organizing cheating, taking exams and other illegal and criminal acts will be handed over to the relevant departments for handling, and the majority of candidates must take the integrity exam.
