Healthy green lungs

The site of Yan Dou in the Western Zhou Dynasty, located in Liu Lihe, Fangshan District, is a precious material evidence of the long history of the capital Beijing, and is known as the "source of Beijing". On the south side of the site area, Liu Lihe Wetland Park with a total investment of more than 2 billion yuan and an area of nearly 8,000 mu has been basically completed. This will be the largest wetland park in the southwest of the city, just like an "ecological green lung", dotted with the environment around the site.

Liu Lihe Wetland Park has not been fully built, and "distinguished guests" have come to visit it. In the past month, more than 200 swans came to feed and bathe, and then they had enough rest before going to the north. "Quiet environment, open water and abundant food. Swan really knows where to choose. " Zhong Zhenyu, an expert from Beijing Biodiversity Conservation Research Center, said that it is expected that more birds will live here in the future. "1600 mu of water is suitable for migratory birds such as red rocks and black storks; /kloc-more than 0/8,000 trees can attract birds such as leaf warbler and starling to gather ... "

In addition to a bay of clear water, there are plank roads, paths with a total length of 30 kilometers, and a leisure square of 30,000 square meters around the river bank. Seen from the air, the whole park is like a blue-green crystal necklace, dotted with the ruins of Yan Dou in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Archaeologists working in Liu Lihe in the future, when tired, can go to the park to look at the water, enjoy flowers and birds, and feel the vitality of nature while looking back at history.

"The park is built on the Dashi River, just like a big sponge, which can purify pollutants that may exist in the water." According to the staff of Fangshan Water Affairs Bureau, there are many artificial ponds in the park, which can reduce pollution through the absorption of aquatic plants, the adsorption of wetland fillers and the decomposition of microorganisms, thus stabilizing the water quality of rivers and protecting the health of river aquatic ecosystems. In addition, the 7.8-kilometer circulating pipeline in the park can also make the upstream water realize multiple purification in the park, and thoroughly "bathe" before moistening the downstream.

Dashi River is the "mother river" of Fangshan, but historically, there have been problems such as sewage smuggling along this big river, and the water quality was once inferior to five categories. On 20 17 Fangshan District started the Dashi River regulation project, and the water quality has been upgraded to quasi-III. At present, about 150km sewage interception pipeline has been built in Dashi River Basin, and 28 sewage treatment facilities have been built at the same time, with a daily treatment capacity of 217900t, which can supply high-quality reclaimed water1400t to the river every day. In addition, the monitoring of water quality survey section every 5 1 week and the supervision of the three-level river length of "district-town-village" have brought the sewage under control. In terms of ecological restoration, many parks such as red scarf and sunset red have been built along the Dashi River, and aquatic plants such as lotus, calamus and reed have been planted on a large scale to further purify the water quality.

In addition to good water and beautiful scenery, Liu Lihe Wetland Park is expected to plant cultural elements related to the site of Yan Dou in the Western Zhou Dynasty. The recently released Liu Lihe Site Protection Plan (2020 -2035) mentioned that experts will be organized to understand the relationship between Dashihe and the site. According to the relevant person in charge of Fangshan District, Liu Lihe Wetland Park will set up a task area to let the citizens feel the historical, social, cultural and scientific value of Yandou Site in the Western Zhou Dynasty during the visit.
