Why do Americans eat less beef and have fewer heart attacks?

Beef has much less fat than pork. Many cardiovascular diseases, including heart disease, are due to high blood lipids and thrombosis is due to high triglycerides. Hyperlipidemia will cause intravascular thrombosis, increased blood viscosity, increased heart load, long-term centripetal or centrifugal increase of the heart, and eventually lead to heart failure. So you can't eat too much fat, especially the elderly. The fat metabolism of the elderly is much worse than that of young people, which is easy to cause hyperlipidemia and bring many diseases.
