Participants: Grade two of junior high school.

Activity content: On April 30th, all classes were informed to participate in the essay competition, and each class organized students to voluntarily participate in the psychological essay activity with the theme of "The Story of Sunshine Heart", with the word count of about 1000, and each class selected at least 2 essays and handed them to the psychological teacher on May 13. The school organized an appraisal team to conduct appraisal and awarded several first prize, second prize and third prize. The winning works will be displayed through the school publicity media.

Activity time: May 10 class meeting.

Activity theme: sunshine in my heart.

Participants: Grade two of junior high school.

Activity content: The class teacher of each class will organize all the students to participate in the psychological counseling activity of "I am clear about the story" at the class meeting on May 10, so that students can tell their own psychological stories; The head teacher carries out psychological propaganda on emotions and lets students perceive their emotions through psychological tests. Activity theme: Relaxing mood and psychological quality training activities.

Participants: primary schools and preschool classes.

Activity content: organize junior and preparatory students to go to the mental health development center in classes, experience the sand table and communicate appropriately. In psychological catharsis, people get catharsis by venting their emotions. Realize the importance of emotional regulation and find appropriate ways to vent.

(6), the school youth health club health talks.

Activity time: May 10.

Theme: Angry adolescence or confused youth?

Participants: Grade two.

Activities: Experts from the District Family Planning Association will give lectures to students and parents, and discuss how to solve various problems encountered in adolescence around the confusion and troubles existing in adolescence and the contradiction between parents and teachers.
