Where's the location of the Portrait of Daragon in Elden Falcon, huh?

Enter the game and teleport to the location of the Discussion Room. Then reach the Magic Academy Rea Lucaria and keep moving forward. Exit the gate and move to the right. Go to the right to find a staircase and climb up it. Climb up to the top to find a room on the right and enter the room through the window. Find the treasure chest on the platform and choose to open it to get the Portrait of Radagon.
