The southeast of Namtso is the main peak of Nyainqentanglha Mountain, which goes straight into the sky and is covered with snow all year round. On the north side, there are gentle and continuous plateau hills and vast grasslands around the lake. The lake in Namtso is blue-green against the blue sky and white clouds, just like a big sapphire shining in the sun. Blue sky, blue lake, white snow, green grass, herdsmen's ox hair tents and colorful mountain flowers complement each other, forming a beautiful and moving picture.
There are 18 beams such as turtle beam and peacock beam in the south of Namco, and 18 islands such as Huangya Island and Pengniao Island in the north. There are four temples in the southeast and northwest, namely Tashi Duoche Temple, Gurqiong Baima Temple, Duojia Temple and Qiato Temple. These temples symbolize what Buddhism says. There are many natural Buddha statues on the wall of the temple. Each Buddha statue tells an allusion and is also a representative of Tibetan Buddhist culture.
