Chinese classical dance basic training and body rhyme and body rhyme, Chinese ethnic, folk dance (Han, Tibetan, Mongolian, Uygur, Korean, Dai, Miao, Yi) and music rhythm training. Mat technique (tumbling) and dance rhythm training in four parts.
The textbook also comes with accompanying music and songs. This textbook is part of the Chinese dance training system of the Beijing Dance Academy. The tenth level of the course is close to the second year of the Dance Academy's secondary school; the eleventh through thirteenth levels of the course are a popularization and simplification of the Dance Academy's secondary school curriculum.
Each level of the textbook has a pedagogy class, which explains the systematic, scientific and comprehensive nature of the textbook and the characteristics of Chinese dance from theories and teaching examples, as well as how to face the different ages of the students to teach the teaching method corresponding to their age and dance level, training steps, etc. This is a mandatory course for the Teacher's Certificate.
