Binbin and Chicken are young men born in the 80s who spend their days wandering from city to city without a care in the world. Chick falls in love with Zhao Qiaoqiao of a dance troupe, but Qiaoqiao is the woman of Qiao San, the leader of the local black forces; Binbin is preparing to go to Beijing to serve in the army, but is later told that he has hepatitis, and his girlfriend is about to go to Beijing to study international trade.
