Night economy refers to the service-oriented economic activities from 18 to 2 am the next day. Developing "night economy" is a powerful measure to improve urban consumption demand and promote industrial structure adjustment. 20 19- 12, Night Economy was selected as the "Top Ten New Words of China Media in 20 19" published by China National Language Resources Monitoring and Research Center.

At the beginning of the lights, when the clock of Erqi Tower in Zhengzhou Erqi Square rang 18, crowds of people flocked here. The Erqi business district, the most prosperous and lively business district in Zhengzhou, entered another way of life, that is, nightlife had just begun.

Cross Erqi Square, enter Dehua New Street, and come to the second floor of Zhengzhou's most prosperous underground commercial street. Only then did I find that this place is a paradise for young people, wearing colorful fashionable clothes, arm in arm, side by side, talking and laughing, young men and women, in groups of three or five, or shopping in shops, or tasting delicious food in food stores.

After visiting the Erqi business district, I came to the night market street of Daxue South Road. Although there are no gorgeous lights in the urban area, it is as lively and prosperous as the urban area. The middle and both sides of the street are filled with stalls nearly 1000 meters. The author roughly counted dozens of food stalls with various flavors, sitting together in twos and threes, enjoying the empty night time.

Sister Li from Xiangcheng, Zhoukou City told the author that 15 years ago, she and her husband set up a night market food stall on Zhongyuan Road (Zhengzhou University) in Zhoucun. In less than three years, I bought a house in Zhengzhou and still have some savings in my hand. Later, Zhengzhou Skyworth banned the night market stalls and went back to their hometown to pick up their children for school.

After the Spring Festival this year, I learned from the news that Zhengzhou opened a night market stall, and both children went to college and didn't need to look after them. So I returned to Zhengzhou from my hometown and started a night market stall. Although a little bitter and tired, I am happy as long as I earn money. I'll work for a few more years and see if I can buy another suite in Zhengzhou.

Xiao Li comes from the countryside of Gushi County, Xinyang. After graduating from college, I opened a mobile phone shop and other businesses in Zhengzhou after the election. After a few years, he not only didn't make any money, but also owed a lot of debts. On 20 19, the young couple rented two rooms in wanda plaza, Daxue Road, and opened a fast food restaurant on the eighth floor nearby. After the Spring Festival this year, affected by the epidemic, there was no business at all. Zhengzhou resumed the night when the young couple were going to close the fast food restaurant and find another way out.

Night economy is one of the developments of modern urban formats. Night shopping, catering, tourism, entertainment, film and television, leisure and other night consumption, whether it is night drinking, night dining, night shopping or night singing, almost covers businesses, transportation, catering, tourism, entertainment and other industries.

A city, no matter how big its area is, no matter how tall its buildings are, no matter how prosperous its market is during the day, no matter how gorgeous its lights are at night, if its market (street) is not popular and lifeless, is it still called a city? Is this city still alive?

Night Shanghai, night Shanghai, you are a city that never sleeps; Lights up, cars ring, singing and dancing; I saw her smiling, but she was depressed; Nightlife, everything is for food, clothing, housing and transportation; If wine is not intoxicating, people will get drunk ... for a change, a new environment: reminiscing about nightlife, waking up like a dream. This song is a true portrayal of Shanghai's "night economy" in the 1920s and 1930s, which made Shanghai a world metropolis.

The development of urban night economy has also brought a series of problems to urban management, such as littering, dirty and messy, environmental hygiene problems, food hygiene problems of street food stalls in night markets, commodity quality problems and so on. How to solve these problems? Test the management level of city managers.

Only by developing night economy and making the city a city that never sleeps can the city be full of vitality.
