Qianyang Ancient City is located in the upper reaches of the Yuan River in the provincial-level historical and cultural city - the Hongjiang City, the government of the town of Qiancheng community, it is one of the best-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty ancient city, the ancient city surrounded by water on three sides, is the frontier town of Hunan-Chu-Miao, known as "Yunnan-Guizhou gateway" and "first ancient town in western Hunan" name.
Hongjiang on the upper reaches of the Yuan River is the hometown of hybrid rice in the world, the hometown of Chinese rock candy oranges, and the relegation place of Wang Changling, the "poet son of heaven" in the Tang Dynasty. History of the ancient cityThe city is crisscrossed with green stone streets and alleys, and buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties abound.
