The first point: Christmas tree.
American Christmas customs
Christmas tree is an essential material for Americans, especially for small children for Christmas. Generally whenever Christmas comes, a big Christmas tree will be placed outside the door of every house. I think these Christmas trees are supposed to create a festive atmosphere. Of course, they are also gift trees for children.
Second point: Christmas parade
Christmas customs in the United States
Christmas parades are pretty much the same as Thanksgiving Day parades, except that the Christmas parade features Santa Claus, and dancing Christmas elves. Other than that, there's not much else.
The third point: Christmas party
Christmas in the United States
Christmas party is indispensable~Every Christmas, or New Year's Day, the Americans will run a night party, this party is more formal, so we have to dress up a bit. Open party time, the general adults are holding a glass of wine everywhere,, hit on it. The kids just gather in another room or floor (most Americans live in villas) and play together.
Americans celebrate Christmas on December 25th, Christmas is a holiday that belongs to all Catholics/Christians (Christian holiday).
Catholics they start attending mass (attend mass) four Sundays before the holiday Advent Sunday (November 29, 2009), singing psalms, preparing for nativity scene drama performances, and so on.
But as influenced by the media and retailers, Christmas is now a secular holiday for more people, with people reveling in the legend of Santa Claus, exchanging gifts, decorating Christmas trees, and attending Christmas parties. It's also a great way to get into the spirit of the holiday season.
