I like a song "Half Bottled Yarn" very much. I chatted with my cousin about the lyrics. She is a university teacher. When we talk about our favorite sentence, we all agree: "If the scenery in my heart is seen in your eyes". Yes, just like this group of people going on a pilgrimage to the sacred mountain, there are old people, pregnant women and stubborn children. Without experience, how can they understand the scenery in their eyes? It is compassionate and happy.
I have read Sun and Moon by An Yiru, Lotus by Castle Peak, Lights of the Earth by Viola 7, Chen Kun's Suddenly Traveling to Tibet, and many books about Cangyang Jiacuo. I dare not talk nonsense for fear of being accused of consuming Tibetan beliefs. However, after watching this movie, I think of the books I have read, as if the point of convergence that I have always wanted to achieve but have never found has been covered.
A few years ago, on the way to Qinghai Lake, I met a dark-faced pilgrim, wearing protective gear, knee pads and fur protective clothing. They have three steps, full of dust and covered with wind and frost. They are full of words and are not disturbed by the outside world. The scenery in their eyes is just kowtowing and reciting six-character proverbs. Later, when I went to Ta 'er Temple, a group of believers laid a card mat outside the temple, kept climbing down, then stood up and silently recited the scriptures. In the temple, Sanskrit chanted in French, with a neat and peaceful rhythm, as if a force was calling them.
As seen in today's movie, they started from home, because the purpose of their trip was to make a pilgrimage to the sacred mountain, and they were encouraged, sent off and even worshipped by the villagers. Looking at the tractor on the road, suddenly a shot went past and a group of people climbed down without warning. My heart was really lifted. Did they also interpret the lyrics "If you see the scenery in my heart, I will pray for a lotus flower?"
Several scenes were impressive: on the way, they went to the villagers to ask for firewood, but the Tibetans didn't say anything, just said, come home with me to get it, without any defense or resistance; They rest on the side of the road, greet strangers, and are also passers-by on pilgrimage to drink water; Spend the night at that grandfather's house and help plow the fields; When they met a puddle on the road, they took off their coats and kowtowed, without any slack or looseness; Zhazha, a 9-year-old girl, said that she had a headache, and her mother told her that kowtowing is good, and kowtowing will grow wisdom; In a car accident, the front of the tractor was dismantled, and several men pulled the car for a while, then turned around and kowtowed regularly. What moved me most was that the man who broke his leg was a little sad. Obviously, he didn't do anything wrong, but it didn't go so well. Read the scriptures, everything will be calm in an instant, and the scenery in his eyes will become a gully in his chest. All this, without far-fetched and patience, is a double cultivation of wealth for them.
Most of the time, they are silent, even dull. Even when they talk, they are quiet and low-key, and they don't make any noise. Even chanting is a silent sound to me. Each of their long heads is a physical examination and a review of themselves. I remember a sentence in the Tibetan life and death book, "I am not afraid of death, and I am not afraid of life." Grandpa Yang Pei decided to make a pilgrimage to Gangrinpoche in his lifetime, which is "not afraid of death"; And finally died on the pilgrimage road, that is, "not afraid of life", an open mind, real life and death, for him, must be long-term joy and peace.
On the roadside, they kowtowed and wiped their arms with trucks and cars. We used to think that this was the power of faith, but it was just a common daily life for them.
Everyone should have a kind of power in their hearts to motivate themselves and forge ahead. If you haven't, you'd better start now, instead of wandering forever.
I received a gift the other day. After reading the book "The Second Blossom" sent by my friend, I may know more about Master Yongjia. "It's good to have a lotus in the fire when you want to meditate."
I want to say a lot, but my writing ability is too good. I can only say that my words are written in my heart, and I wish everything well.
