2, anti-thyroglobulin antibodies are high, should be alert to chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (Hashimoto's thyroiditis).
3. It is recommended to check T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb).
4. If T3, T4, FT3, FT4 are normal, and thyroid peroxidase antibody is obviously increased, it can be diagnosed as: Hashimoto's thyroiditis, subclinical hypothyroidism, which does not need to be treated for the time being, and iodine diet is forbidden, and the examination is repeated once every 2~3 months.
5. If T3, T4, FT3, FT4 are all low, or FT4 is low, thyroid peroxidase antibody is obviously elevated, can be diagnosed: Hashimoto's thyroiditis, clinical hypothyroidism, need to supplement thyroxine (eugenol).
I hope this helps.
