Matters needing attention in flying kites

1. Fly kites in open, flat and sparsely populated places, away from power lines, airports and other areas.

2, don't put the kite too high, choose a kite line with eye-catching colors or tie a marker on the kite to remind others to pay more attention. If the kite is hung on the treetops and other high places, don't pull the kite line hard, but cut it to avoid hurting passers-by.

3. When you see someone flying a kite nearby, the cyclist should slow down and pedestrians should not run to avoid being scratched by the kite string.

4. Because the kite string is destructive only when it is taut, in case of uncontrollable situation, cut the kite string in time to prevent accidental injury to pedestrians.

5. Once the body touches the kite line, quickly avoid it in the opposite direction, and try to avoid the neck, face and fingers touching the kite line.

6. When taking back the kite string, try to choose a place far away from the wire, and take up the string as slowly as possible. If the kite string is broken, try to take it back and don't throw it around, so as not to hurt others by mistake.
