Liu Sheng's jade coat, 1.88 meters long, made in proportion to the human body structure, divided into hood, blouse, gloves, pants and shoes in five parts, *** with 2,498 pieces of jade, more than 1,100 grams of gold wire, the use of the gold wire is generally 4-5 centimeters long, the finest gold wire is only 0.08 millimeters in diameter. The whole piece of jade clothes, exquisite design, fine workmanship, seamless fit, amazing, reflecting the outstanding skills of the clothing craftsmen as well as princes and lords of the extravagant life, is a rare art treasures.

Extravagant royalty, superstitious "jade can chill the body", in order to make their corpses immortal, they use expensive jade clothing for convergence of clothing, and the use of the nine orifices of the device to plug its nine orifices, can be described as exhaustive efforts. But two thousand years later, praying for "golden body invincibility" of the tomb owner has been turned into a handful of dirt, what remains is this exquisite jade clothes. According to historical records, Liu Sheng was 53 years old when he died and reigned for 43 years. He believed that a vassal king should listen to music every day and enjoy singing, dancing and beautiful women, Liu Sheng was fond of wine and sex, and had countless wives and concubines, and his sons gave birth to more than 120 sons, which is said to be the most sons in the history of the people. Historical records show that the cost of making such a gold and jade coat was almost equal to the sum of one hundred medium-sized families at that time, and the cultural relics unearthed in the tomb of Liu Sheng and his wife **** more than 6,000 pieces, each of which is exquisite and shocking to the world. Spread on such a life after the extremely luxurious defeat ancestors, Liu Bei early years of displacement, reduced to sell straw shoes for a living is not surprising.

Another national treasure of cultural relics is the Changxin Palace Lantern, which was first known to be on the 2009 Hebei provincial secondary school exam language paper. Changxin Palace Lantern is also unearthed in Liu Sheng's wife Dou ò tomb, according to expert testimony that the Dowager Empress Dou gave Dou ò dowry, the design is really clever, practical, decorative, environmentally friendly in one. But I personally think that it is more practical than artistic, it is far less exquisite than the other pieces of the collection, such as misprinted gold Boshan furnace, misprinted gold and silver tiger devouring deer screen seat, translucent carving of dragons and phoenixes copper pave head, and so on.

One of my favorites is the Yuan blue and white glazed lire red open light appliquéd covered jar, which is the top national treasure of Yuan blue and white, unearthed from the Yuan dynasty cellar of the elementary school on Yonghua South Road in Baoding in 1964. The jar uses a variety of decorative techniques such as painting, openwork carving, and stacking and pasting,*** with 11 layers of decoration. The abdomen is four groups of rhombus-shaped openings, openings within the openings openwork carving four seasons of flowers and rocks, branches and leaves rendered in blue and white, flowers and rocks painted in glaze red. Cyanotype color is rich, glaze red color is pure, blue and red, high craftsmanship, for the Yuan dynasty blue and white porcelain masterpieces, known as the king of blue and white reputation.
