Behind the scenes of Love of the Wild Rose

A Mandarin black-and-white fashion romance tragedy, produced by Teachem, this movie is adapted from the novels "Carmen" by French writer Mérimée and Josef von? Stenberg's The Blue Angel. The screenwriter, Qin Yifu (Qin Yu), is known as a "talented woman", and tailored the script for Glenn. Wang Tianlin's skillful directing and Fei Boyi's exquisite artwork make the visual and audio effects beautiful. But the best part of the movie is Glenn's performance. Her hands and feet are full of drama, and her knit brows and smile make you feel unsettled. There are many Japanese songs and Spanish dances in the movie. Many of the songs were composed by the renowned Japanese composer Hattori Ryoichi, with lyrics written by Li Junqing and sung by Ge Lan. Wang Tianlin thought that "Love of Wild Rose" was very artistic, and originally thought that he would win the award, but he ended up going home empty-handed. This film is an important work in the popular Mandarin song and dance films of the 1950s and 1960s in Hong Kong, and is one of the masterpieces in Hong Kong movie history.
