Ma Zhuang ancient city

Located in the northeast of the village of Ma Zhuang, by the east of the two neighboring small city, the city wall has been covered by the ground. The east city is 350 meters long from north to south and 213 meters wide from east to west; the west city is 250 meters long from north to south and 60 meters wide from east to west, and the wall is about 4.3 meters wide. In the northeast corner of the west city, there is a large rammed-earth pedestal higher than the surface of the ground, which was owned by the Jin Minister of the late Jin Dynasty.

Pingwang Ancient City

is rectangular in shape, protruding outward in the northeast, with a length of 1,340 meters in the east, 860 meters in the south, 1,286 meters in the west and 120 meters in the north. In the center of the city, to the south, there is a large palace foundation that rises above the surface of the ground, and it forms a palace city with a "Pin" structure with Niu Village and Taishin Gusong.

Pyeongwang Palace Foundation

Located in the south of the center of the old city of Pyeongwang, it is divided into three levels from the surface. The first level is square, 75 meters in length and width, with a six-meter wide dirt road extending southward in the middle of the south. The second level is four meters above the ground and has a sloping shape in its southern center. The third level is located in the northern half of the second level, with an east-west length of 45 meters, a north-south width of 35 meters, and a height of 8 meters above the surface. The foundation of the platform seems to be the "Gongguan" in the palace during the Shinden period of Jindu.

Taishin Gusong

It is a rectangular shape, with a wall of 1250 meters in the west, 1660 meters in the south, 350 meters in the east, and 1700 meters in the north, which is about 2-13 meters wide and 0.8 meters high. There are about 6 meters deep trenches in the west and south of the city, and there are three large rammed-earth platforms above the ground surface in the northwest of the city, which constitutes a "Pin" structure of the palace city together with Niu Village and Pingwang Ancient City.

Niucun Ancient City

The city consists of two cities, one inside and the other outside, which is in the shape of a "back", vertical rectangle. The outer wall is 1,390 meters long in the east, 955 meters long in the north, 1,070 meters long in the south, 1,050 meters long in the west, and 7-9 meters wide. Outside the wall there is a trench about 4 meters deep. In the northwestern part of the inner city, there is a tall palace foundation, which forms a palace city with Pingwang and Taishen Gusong in the shape of "Pin".

The foundation of Niu Village Palace

Located in the northwestern part of Niu Village Old City, it is square in plan with a side length of 52 meters and a height of 6.5 meters above the ground surface. It is divided into three levels, and the building collapsed after one meter at the top, and there are fragments of tiles and tiles made of clay bars. The foundation of the platform was the "Gugong" or "Xianggong's Palace" in the palace city during the Shinden period of the Jin Dynasty.

Chengwang Ancient City
