Album: Selected Works of Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shenche.
Composer: Li Feihui Lyrics: Jonathan Lee
Don't ask why you are crying, don't care who else is in your heart.
Please let me comfort you, whether the ending is happy or sad.
Walking through Qian Shan, you will always be so beautiful in my heart.
Since I love you, I don't regret it, and I am willing to carry it no matter how hard it is.
My love is like the tide, and love is like the tide pushing me towards you.
Follow closely, love is like the tide, she surrounds you and me.
I don't want to see you drunk in the middle of the night, nor do I want other men to see your charm.
You should know that this will break my heart. Promise me that you will never wander around in the middle of the night again.
Don't try to indulge easily, do you know it will break my heart?
Since I love you, I have no regrets, and I am willing to carry it no matter how hard it is.

Creation background
Love Like Tide was written by Jonathan Lee and composed by Li Feihui. When Jonathan Lee wrote this song, he imagined the thoughts of a man who had experienced many emotional experiences. In the 1990s, people demanded tough guys, but Jonathan Lee showed men's cowardice and powerlessness in the face of love in his songs, so Jonathan Lee had no confidence in this song at first.
Jonathan Lee couldn't find a favorite singer to sing after writing Love Like Tide. At first, Jonathan Lee wanted a man's voice to sing this song, while Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shenche just retired from the army in 1993, still carrying the youth of campus students.
Later, Jonathan Lee found Jeff Chang Shin-Che Xinche with the psychology of giving it a try, and asked him to try singing this song to see if it would bring different auditory effects. After the audition, Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che's superb performance was unexpectedly good, and Jonathan Lee liked it very much, so this song was sung by Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che and included in his 1993 album Heart.
