First, prepare for the exam
1. Candidates who take the exam should consciously monitor their health status every day, and start punching in the "Hebei Health Code" every day on 14 days before the exam. 2. During the preparation period, candidates should protect themselves and avoid contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected people and people in high-risk areas in COVID-19; Do not go to high-risk areas in the domestic epidemic and do not go abroad; Do not participate in gathering activities and avoid gathering in places with large crowd mobility and dense crowds; Don't go out unless it is necessary. If you really need to go out, pay attention to strengthen protection, wear a mask correctly, keep a safe distance from others, and do a good job in hand hygiene.
Novel coronavirus patients should be well protected against COVID-19 cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections and high-risk groups during the preparation period. Do not go to areas with high risk of domestic epidemic and do not go abroad; Do not participate in assembly activities and avoid gathering in places with high mobility and dense population; Don't go out unless it is necessary. If you really need to go out, pay attention to strengthen protection, wear a mask correctly, keep a safe distance from others, and do a good job in hand hygiene.
3. All candidates should bring their own medical surgical masks, disinfection wipes and latex gloves, and hold two negative paper reports of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 7 days and 48 hours before the test (the interval between two nucleic acid tests should be more than 24 hours). The "Hebei Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" display green codes and normal body temperature (
lt； 37.3℃), show the punching record of 14 days in "Hebei health code → check my health information → check the punching record", and print the "Commitment Letter of Candidates' Health Status" in advance before the exam (see annex).
4, advocate active vaccination, complete the whole immunization on time.
5. If the "Hebei Health Code" is found to be a yellow code or a red code in the pre-test self-monitoring, the reason should be found out in time (candidates can call the consultation telephone published in the "Service Description" in the "Hebei Health Code") and implement it according to relevant requirements.
6. In the past, there were confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19, and candidates who were released from isolation and observation according to regulations should take the initiative to report to the municipal examination office.
Second, during the examination period
1, candidates should arrive at the test center at least 60 minutes in advance and actively cooperate with the test center for epidemic prevention testing and identity verification. When passing through the temperature detection area, identity verification area, isolation passage, electronic identity verification of examination room, waiting area, toilet and other links, you should keep a distance of 1 meter or more with others, avoid close contact and communication, and wait in line to prevent crowding and gathering.
2. When candidates enter the test center (field), please consciously show the green code of Hebei Health Code, the green code of Communication Big Data Travel Card, and the negative paper reports (originals) of nucleic acid tests twice within seven days and 48 hours before the test, submit the candidate's health status commitment letter (each test 1 copy), and enter the venue according to the test center regulations with the paper admission ticket and valid identity documents.
3. In addition to the need to take off the mask for identity confirmation, candidates always wear masks during the whole examination and do personal protection. During the examination, if candidates have abnormal symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste) and diarrhea, they should immediately report to the invigilator and deal with them according to relevant epidemic prevention procedures. Candidates must cooperate and obey management.
4. All candidates enter and leave the examination room through special examination channels to avoid communication with irrelevant personnel.
All candidates should disinfect their hands before and after the exam, or wear gloves to operate the mouse and keyboard.
6. All invigilators, accompanying invigilators and vehicles are not allowed to enter the examination room.
Third, the exam is over.
Candidates should leave the venue in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the staff, and must not be crowded to ensure the distance between people.
1, before the exam 14 days, people who have lived in middle-high risk areas or counties (cities, districts) where middle-high risk areas are located and counties (cities, districts) where the epidemic is positive, people who have a close contact history with patients with diagnosed, suspected or asymptomatic pneumonia in COVID-19, and people who are dissatisfied with taking health management measures 14+7 days.
2. The contents of the candidate's undertaking shall be true, accurate and complete. If I conceal or omit information and endanger public safety, I will bear relevant legal responsibilities according to law. The implementation of epidemic prevention regulations requires isolated observation or treatment, and candidates who are unable to take the exam are deemed to have given up.
3. Please pay attention to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements in Hebei Province and Dingzhou City, as well as the relevant information released by Hebei Provincial Department of Finance and Dingzhou official website every day before the exam. If there is any adjustment, the latest notice shall prevail.
