The times require our school to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round and harmonious development, and the healthy growth of students has increasingly become the focus of attention of schools, families and society. The following is my research on psychological intervention and mental health in college physical education teaching for you, hoping to help you.
Healthy psychological quality is a necessary condition for a person to become a talent and succeed. Deng Yaping, a famous table tennis player in China, put it well: Usually practicing tactics, the competition is more psychological? . When the technical and tactical levels of the two sides are close, the outcome of the game often depends on psychology. This paper puts forward that psychological training should be infiltrated into the technical and tactical training of table tennis, so that trainees can cope calmly in the competition, explore the psychological mystery of table tennis competition, and provide educational reference for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.

Today, when mankind enters a new era, the times require our school to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round and harmonious development. The healthy growth of students has increasingly become the focus of attention of schools, families and society. In the teaching and training of table tennis in colleges and universities, psychological health education is infiltrated by various means, so that students can receive psychological health education while learning table tennis and become people with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.
First of all, the questions raised
Table tennis is one of the ball games that college students like very much. However, the phenomenon of small venue, fast pace, many types of play, unpredictable rotation and concentrated audience makes most students' psychological activities more complicated before and during the competition. First, develop in a positive direction, form a good pre-competition psychological state and the best competitive state, play a higher level in the competition, and can achieve their expected goals well. Secondly, it develops to the negative side, forming a bad psychological state before the game, leading to hard training and unsatisfactory competition results. Because I can't feel the joy of success, I hurt my psychology to some extent. With the reform and development of the new curriculum, students' mental health has been raised to a new height. How to make students achieve mental health through table tennis competition is a problem that table tennis teaching should pay attention to.
Second, research methods and objects
1. Research methods.
The method of combining theory with educational experiment is adopted, including literature investigation, psychological measurement, teaching experiment, competition test, mathematical statistics and so on. Before and after the experiment, the emotional reaction of the subjects in table tennis competition was tested respectively.
2. Experimental subjects.
Five-year students majoring in physical education in grades 02, 03 and 04 of Kaifeng Institute of Education; Henan University 02, 03, 04 physical education elective students; Students of Grade 04 and 05 Sports Club in Henan Medical College. The total number of samples is 437, including professional, semi-professional and amateur, and the sample size is basically complete.
Third, the theoretical basis and purpose of the experiment
1. Theoretical basis is the basis of experimental research.
Through literature research, this paper sorts out three psychological mechanisms closely related to promoting college students' table tennis competition: First, the theory of optimal arousal level of central nervous system. Secondly, social communication theory promotes mental health. Third, distraction theory promotes mental health. Through combing and analysis, the psychological theory of promoting mental health through physical activity and exercise has sufficient scientific truth.
2. The purpose of teaching experiment.
Designing psychological goals according to specific psychological activities is the basic purpose of this study: first, to cultivate college students with comprehensive physical and mental health. Second, where should the overall research begin? Pay attention to strengthening physical fitness? Single subject practice, turn? For the healthy and all-round development of every college student? Experimental study on ecotype. Thirdly, the psychology of college students is the harmonious unity of biology, society and environment. Therefore, the structure of this study should be an organic combination of morality, intelligence, beauty and competition; We should also closely link the promotion of table tennis in colleges and universities with the promotion of students' mental health through competitions, find effective ways and methods to improve students' mental health, and explore the teaching reform of physical education courses.
Fourth, the specific methods used in the experiment
1. Psychological training is integrated into physical, technical and tactical training.
In order to make the subjects reach a considerable height in physical fitness, technical and tactical exercises to meet the needs of the competition, the following methods were adopted in the experiment: First, relaxation skills training. Using language hints, thoughts and imagination to guide, consciously and systematically train muscle movements, so as to gradually achieve relaxation and even breathing, so as to make the body, mood and mind in a calm state. Second, image skills training. This method is to let athletes imagine their usual relaxed and comfortable environment, and let students put themselves in this environment in their minds to relax their body and mind. Through repeated practice, the correct concept of skills is established, and the transformation between quantity and quality is successfully realized. Third, pay attention to skills training. Issue control information in time in teaching and training to attract students' attention; Set up a noisy environment and form the habit of eliminating interference and concentrating on study; Use the conversion between unintentional attention and intentional attention to train.
2. Get ready for the game.
Instruct students to make adequate pre-competition psychological plan and countermeasure library before the competition: psychological plan refers to the plan to make the participants fully prepared before and during the competition, including the analysis of the pre-competition situation; Prepare the activity time, intensity, content, etc. The countermeasure library refers to the methods to be taken for every possible problem, including how to do it. What if it doesn't work? Understanding of the other side, such as whether you are facing an offensive player or a defensive player today; The opponent uses a straight shot or a horizontal shot; Use reverse glue, positive glue, raw glue and semi-long glue; Left hand or right hand; Whether it's a near-Taiwan fast attack or a cut attack. Try to analyze all the situations in place, so as to know yourself and yourself. How to defend yourself, how to attack, and how to design tactics for opponents in the game. If conditions permit, it is best to get to know each other's strengths by warming up and talking. And understand the laws of serving, hitting, landing and ball path that the opponent is good at, how to deal with them in the game, and how to deal with abnormal situations in the game.
3. The bad psychological phenomena before and during the competition should be adjusted in time.
Before and during the competition, teachers should carefully observe students, take timely measures to help students when problems are found, and compare each other's strengths with their own: analyze their own strengths, find out their opponents' weaknesses, encourage students to establish firm beliefs, and firmly believe that if they can play well, maintain psychological stability, and pay attention to the details of the competition, they will win completely, effectively contain their opponents' weaknesses with their own advantages, identify their own weaknesses, and make thorough analysis, especially through personal technical characteristics and tactics.
4. Adjustment methods of mood swings in the competition.
First, use respiratory regulation. Consciously carry out soothing abdominal breathing to calm the mind. Second, self-language suggestion. When there is emotional instability on the spot, you can use language hints such as? Relax? 、? Is it normal now? 、? As expected before the game? Let the mind relax to stabilize the mood. Third, teachers' behavior suggestions. When students panic, teachers should behave calmly, show confidence and passion, and use their calmness to control the bad mood effectively in emotional contagion.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) conclusion
The psychological training of college students and the technical and tactical training in table tennis match constitute a complete table tennis training system. Table tennis competition is a comprehensive contest of strategy, physical strength, technology, tactics and psychology. Students should be taught to master certain psychological skills and apply them through competition practice. Table tennis psychological training is a process of consciously and purposefully exerting positive influence on psychological phenomena in table tennis matches, forming a benign psychological state, improving psychological ability and developing psychological quality, that is, fully developing the human brain and improving its reaction ability. Therefore, only by organically combining psychological, technical and tactical training with physical training to form a complementary whole, can we form a whole training control system with obvious functions and benefits, fully tap students' physical and mental potential, meet the needs of table tennis competition and increasingly fierce talent competition, and realize the goal of physical education and health courses in colleges and universities.
