Life and health experience
"Health and life are topics of great concern at home and abroad. In peacetime, with the improvement of people's living standards, the average life expectancy of the population has greatly increased, from 55 years in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic to 73 years now. As a medical worker, I personally realize that there are still many misunderstandings about the concept of "health" among society, government and ordinary people, which will be discussed later. Both UNESCO and the World Health Organization have the definition of health. Health refers to the perfect state of psychological, physiological and social adaptation. Let's talk about mental health first. Starting from children, most cities are only children, and both husband and wife are very busy at work, so most of the children born are brought by their mother-in-law or grandparents. This is especially true for left-behind children in rural areas. Therefore, the relationship between children and parents is weak, and it is difficult to communicate in the future. At present, the most important thing in school education is the intelligence of students, the enrollment rate of schools, and whether students can go to a good university. Every weekend in the city, there are various skills classes such as art, martial arts, Olympics, composition and English. Parents ask their children completely according to their own wishes, regardless of their emotions. Are these completely wrong? No, it's just that the cultivation of children's personality is neglected too much, and most children lack independent personality, which is an important reason why there are so many old people after 1980s and 1990s. And the "Ma Jiajue incident" is also worthy of our reflection! Are adults mentally healthy? Look at the current problems, such as high work pressure, tense interpersonal relationship and heavy family burden. Especially now, materialistic, quick success and instant benefit, the gap between the rich and the poor is prominent. People's psychology began to be out of balance. The number of patients with depression, schizophrenia and neurasthenia has increased. How to maintain a balanced and optimistic attitude is very important. China has entered an aging society, and the elderly are facing more health problems. At present, cancer, heart disease and cerebrovascular disease with the highest mortality rate are basically senile diseases and lifestyle diseases. Many elderly people lack health knowledge, such as suffering from high blood pressure, which is not terrible. As long as you insist on taking the medicine for a long time, it can be alleviated, but you will stop taking the medicine as soon as your blood pressure drops. By the time the complications appeared, it was too late. A few years ago, Shi Yuzhu made a fortune by selling melatonin. Old people think that eating some health care products can prevent all diseases and lead to the end! Still have to start with living habits. A healthy lifestyle is the key for the elderly to stay away from diseases and live a long and healthy life. So health is our own business, and we can't leave it entirely to the doctor. We still have a long way to go to prevent diseases. What about government and society? Has the implementation of the new medical reform basically solved the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment for ordinary people? I'm worried. At present, a large number of high-quality medical resources are concentrated in big hospitals in big cities, and people flock to big hospitals. Whether it's a cold or a tumor, hang the expert number. Some experts see one or two hundred numbers a day, and see a patient for one or two minutes on average. Is the patient satisfied? Are experts tired? As a doctor, I used to serve the people with a dead salary and do more than a dozen operations a day without complaint. The doctor-patient relationship is so tense now. Although the salary has increased, compared with monopoly industries such as banking, finance, telecommunications and energy, you can earn a few dollars with so much labor. Once something goes wrong, you will pay hundreds of thousands! Would you like to? Especially as a junior doctor, I have to write a lot of "medical stereotyped writing". So the average life expectancy of doctors is also very low. The average life expectancy of China population is 7 1.8 years, which belongs to the level of moderately developed countries. However, as a doctor who has mastered a lot of medical and health knowledge, the average life expectancy is less than 60 years old. How can seeing a doctor be expensive and difficult? So much money went there. Mainly in the drug dealer's bag. If we don't fundamentally change the concept and system of health, the so-called "reform" is doomed to failure!
