Yesterday, when I saw the "Guidance Manual on Mental Health under the Epidemic Situation in novel coronavirus" issued by psychological assistance training for the new sunshine epidemic, I quickly collected it and took a cursory look. Later, after listening to teacher Li's lecture, I saw that the content of homework should not exceed the scope of knowledge in the manual. I read it carefully again and found that the manual is very detailed about various psychological problems. I'm a little pale in this respect. I didn't expect to have so many symptoms.
Teacher Li repeatedly stressed that psychological counselors should be introspective, have dialectical thinking ability and speak implicitly. Looking back on myself, I have strong self-reflection ability, and I often reflect on myself. This is related to my parents' education that I should "sit still and think about myself often, and don't talk about other people's right and wrong" when I was young. By reading the instructions, I found that my imagination of psychological abnormality is very limited, because I am not a professional. Most people I see are positive and sunny, and I rarely see people with psychological abnormality. When I see less, no matter how I imagine, I can't describe what psychopaths think. What symptoms? What state? This is something I can't say without my heart.
According to the principle of dialectical thinking, I seldom meet people with abnormal psychology, which does not affect my role in the anti-epidemic period. Because most people in society are basically like me, with a certain level of mental health, but a little worried. They are bored at home and want to learn to improve themselves in this epidemic. I represent most people. Therefore, my sharing from my own experience, cognition and experience will also arouse many people's voices, so my participation and sharing is very meaningful.
When reading the instructions, we can see that when a person has psychological problems, he will show symptoms from different aspects. When helping them, they also give support from many aspects such as cognition, emotion, will and behavior. These are dialectical thinking, solving problems and reaching the same goal by different routes. This reminds me that we should analyze and think from different angles. We can achieve our goal by solving problems in various ways. In the final analysis, the effect is more important than the cause.
Teacher Li talked about that counselors should be reserved. He used his last lecture to criticize his students mercilessly and show everyone his feeling of not being implicit in his speech. Only by knowing subtlety and feeling can he learn to speak implicitly.
I am also a straightforward person. Growing up, my classmates said I was straightforward. I offended many people because I spoke bluntly, and I also made others laugh because I spoke bluntly. But this feature is hard to change, and I can't feel my straightness. I think what I said is the most enjoyable, so I won't go into details. The reason why I am fascinated by Mr. Li's lecture style is that besides his quick thinking and profound knowledge, I also like the feeling that he speaks directly.
But speaking straight should also be treated dialectically. If the other person is mentally healthy and can accept this state, then speaking directly is an advantage to others. If you criticize others, or others don't like direct communication, or even the other person has psychological problems, is used to negative thinking and is full of negative emotions, then it is harmful to speak directly to others, especially psychological counseling, which would rather be ineffective than cause secondary harm. This requires practicing the ability to speak implicitly, euphemistically guiding the other party to think about their own problems and saving face for others. Implicit speech is one of my courses, which requires my conscious awareness and practice.
Thank you, Miss Li, for guiding us with her own teaching materials, and admire what Miss Li said. The last section is the foreshadowing of the next section. Only people with profound professional knowledge and rich experience can combine knowledge with life with ease, so that listeners can be moved, constantly reflect and feel that they can do it.
I need to learn from Mr. Li, constantly reflect on myself, and realize whether I have fallen into the binary opposition thinking mode of black and white through action experience. I should treat problems dialectically with the thinking mode of unity of opposites, quantitative change to qualitative change, and denial and negation, guide my life, express it implicitly, arouse others' hearts and make them feel that they can do it. This will be the direction of my efforts.
