The measures referred to in patriotic health work, refers to the mobilization of the whole people to participate in, in order to improve environmental sanitation, control and eliminate health hazards, advocate civilized and healthy, green lifestyle for the purpose of social and mass health activities, including health education and publicity, environmental sanitation management, vector prevention and control. Article 3 Patriotic health work centers on people's health, and adheres to the principles of government leading, departmental cooperation, social mobilization, prevention first, mass prevention and mass control, scientific governance according to law, and sharing by the whole people. Article 4 The people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall incorporate patriotic health work into the national economic and social development plan, and include the funds for patriotic health work in the fiscal budget at the corresponding level for special purposes. Fifth people's governments at all levels and their agencies in patriotic health campaign committee (hereinafter referred to as the Association), under the leadership of the people's government at the same level, unified management, overall coordination of patriotic health work within their respective administrative areas.
Aiweihui Office is the office of Aiweihui at the same level, responsible for the daily management of patriotic health within the administrative area of this Municipality.
The health department of the county (city, district) people's government shall undertake the daily work of the Aiweihui at the corresponding level.
Township (town) people's governments and sub-district offices shall determine the personnel to organize patriotic health work.

(four) to organize and mobilize all social members to participate in various social health activities in patriotic health work;
(five) to coordinate the prevention and control of major diseases and public health emergencies, and the health and epidemic prevention of major natural disasters;
(six) advocate a civilized, healthy and green lifestyle, strengthen tobacco control publicity and education, and promote people's physical and mental health;
(seven) organize and carry out national health education activities and health promotion actions to jointly promote the implementation of Health Taiyuan Action. Seventh Aiweihui at all levels is composed of relevant departments and units of the people's government at the same level, and the member departments (units) are responsible for the division of labor. Health, development and reform, education, public security, finance, ecological environment, housing and urban and rural construction, urban and rural management, transportation, water affairs, agriculture and rural areas, culture and tourism, market supervision and management, sports, administrative examination and approval, gardens and other administrative departments and relevant units shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in patriotic health work. Article 8 In the event of public health and natural disasters, Aiweihui at all levels shall, under the leadership of the people's government at the corresponding level, strengthen organization and coordination, implement joint prevention and control measures, and mobilize units and individuals to carry out patriotic health campaigns focusing on improving the quality of environmental sanitation, cultivating civilized health habits, and strengthening the prevention and control of vectors. Article 9 The people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall, in accordance with the national standards for the construction of sanitary cities, formulate plans for the construction of sanitary cities, and organize the establishment of sanitary towns, villages and health units.
The people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) should focus on improving people's health, formulate plans for healthy cities and healthy villages, speed up the construction of healthy cities and healthy villages, and extensively carry out the construction of healthy communities, healthy units and healthy families.
