Two. Matters related to epidemic prevention and control

2. Candidates should arrive at the test center 1.5 hours in advance, and the distance between people should be greater than 1 meter. (ten) other violations of discipline that should be given when the examination results of this subject are invalid.
Article 7 If there are any of the following serious violations of discipline and discipline during the examination, the examination results of all subjects at that time will be invalid, and the violations of discipline and discipline will be recorded in the integrity file of professional and technical personnel qualification examination, and the retention period will be five years:
(1) Plagiarizing or assisting others to plagiarize answers to test questions or materials related to test contents;
(2) Passing examination papers, answer sheets, answer sheets and draft papers to each other;
(three) to take the exam with forged documents;
(four) after I left the examination room and before the end of the examination, I disseminated the examination questions and answers;

(six) other serious violations of discipline and discipline shall be deemed invalid in all subjects of the examination.
Article 8 If there are any of the following particularly serious violations of discipline and discipline in the examination, the examination results of all subjects at that time will be invalid, and the violations of discipline and discipline will be recorded in the integrity file of the qualification examination for professional and technical personnel for a long time:
(1) colluding in cheating or participating in organized cheating;
(2) Taking the exam instead of others or letting others take the exam instead of themselves;
(3) Other violations of discipline and discipline with particularly serious circumstances and bad influence.
Ninth personnel should consciously maintain the order of the examination workplace and obey the management of the examination staff. Article 10 If an individual commits serious violations of discipline and discipline, such as providing false certification materials or obtaining corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means, the certificate-issuing organ shall declare the certificate or achievement certificate invalid and deal with it in accordance with Article 7 of these Provisions.
Eleventh in the process of marking, it is found that the answers of the same subject are similar among the personnel, and the examination institution or examination department shall give the examination results of the subject invalid after the confirmation of the marking expert group. The specific identification methods and standards of the same answer are determined by the examination institutions at or above the provincial level.
If the answers to the same subject are the same among the personnel, and there is other relevant evidence to prove that the violation of discipline and discipline is established, it shall be handled in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of these Provisions as the case may be.
Twelfth professional and technical personnel qualification examination integrity files established by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, management measures shall be formulated separately.
