How long do you usually practice each kind of yoga every day, or repeat it several times?

Generally, a yoga movement requires four to eight breaths, and it should be deep, long and slow. Keep breathing through the nasal cavity, and feel the stretching feeling of your limbs with your heart, and don't exert yourself.

Meditate for ten minutes at a specific time every day. When you are calm, happy and meticulous, start practicing posture. From simple to difficult, your body slowly unfolds and your muscles slowly stretch. After each pose, simply close your eyes and relax, and then start another pose. And when it comes to left and right physical exercise, the left and right holding time should be the same, so you can count your breath. Practice for half an hour or so, then go into rest practice, lie on your back, relax all over, breathe quietly, imagine every part of your body, gradually relax, and keep your head clear for about ten minutes.

Don't keep practicing a posture without relaxing and warming up, it's easy to get hurt. Come on!
