Lean meat 75g/ day, 4 eggs/week, vegetables 500g/ day, fruits 50g/ day, cereals 500g/ day (male) 400g/ day (female), salt 6g/ day, beans 30g/ day and milk 250g/ day. Avoid fried foods and eat less high-calorie and high-fat foods such as cream.
