Hypertension health cognition questionnaire
Diet review method. Dietary review method is a retrospective method, which can evaluate the dietary pattern by asking and recording the food eaten by the subjects in a specific time. This method can be used to study the relationship between different dietary patterns and various health conditions. Through dietary review, researchers can know the types, quantity and frequency of food intake by subjects in a week, so as to know whether the dietary pattern is related to hypertension. In addition, other dietary survey methods, such as 24-hour dietary recall method and food frequency questionnaire, can also be used to study the relationship between dietary patterns and hypertension, but they have certain limitations in probability, such as memory bias or inability to comprehensively evaluate the whole dietary intake. Therefore, dietary review is considered to be the most suitable method to study the relationship between dietary patterns and hypertension.
