Radiation workers should have the health conditions to perform their duties accurately in normal, abnormal or emergency situations.
Second, the health requirements
1, clear mind, good mental state, no cognitive impairment, no abnormality in language expression and writing ability.
2. There is no obvious abnormality in internal medicine, surgery and dermatology, which does not affect normal work.
3, naked eye vision or corrected vision should be not less than 4.9, no red and green color blindness, whispering or stopwatch test without hearing impairment.
4. There is no obvious abnormality in hematopoietic function.
5. There is no obvious abnormality in thyroid function.
The chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes are within the normal reference range.
III. Indications that are not suitable for radiation work
1, severe visual and hearing impairment.
2. Serious and recurrent diseases make them lose part of their working ability, such as serious hematopoietic diseases, malignant tumors, chronic cardiopulmonary diseases, which lead to obvious decline in cardiopulmonary function, uncontrollable epilepsy, and serious skin diseases at exposed parts.
3. Radiation diseases that have not fully recovered.
Four, radiation workers health care norms
1, radiation workers should undergo occupational health examination before taking up their posts. Only those who meet the health standards of radiation workers can take part in the corresponding radiation work.
2. Radiation work units shall not arrange personnel who have not undergone occupational health examination or do not meet the occupational health standards of radiation workers to engage in radiation work.
3. The radiation work unit shall organize the radiation workers after taking up their posts to carry out regular occupational health examinations, and the interval between the two examinations shall not exceed 2 years, and temporary examinations may be added when necessary.
4, radiation work units shall establish occupational health monitoring files of radiation workers, and the storage period shall not be less than 30 years from the date of termination of radiation work.
5. Radiation workers have the right to consult and copy their occupational health monitoring files.
6. The radiation work unit shall provide the occupational health monitoring files truthfully and free of charge, and sign the copies provided.
