Last week, our garden organized teachers to observe and study the educational resources of the national training course "A Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6" interpreted by Professor Li Jimei. Professor Li Jimei elaborated on the basis, implementation details and how to guide teachers' practice, which benefited me a lot. According to the training content and my actual teaching experience, I will talk about my experience in reading the guide in the health field.

As we all know, the Guide clearly points out that "kindergartens must give priority to protecting children's lives and promoting children's health." The first point mentioned in the field of health is the value of health to children's development. Through learning, I realized the true meaning of the word "value". We should always pay attention to children, better promote their physical health and mental health, and not affect their future development or even their health all their lives. In order to make children better adapt to the environment and resist diseases, we should constantly remind ourselves that the normal development of children's bodies is the most basic and important. In order to make children form a good personality and better adapt to social life, we should give them a sense of security and trust. Keep children's emotions stable and happy, and help children establish good interpersonal relationships. And help children build enough self-confidence. ? In the field of health; "Physical and mental condition", "sports development" and "living habits and living ability" are all explained in detail, so that we can understand the important contents of health field better and faster through learning. Because children's physical and mental development is not perfect, they lack various abilities and are highly dependent on adults. Therefore, as teachers, we should provide a good living environment for children in the park, take care of and care for children in all directions, do not hurt them, and reduce the harm caused by external adverse factors.

When we carry out health education, we should pay attention to whether the daily life of children's food, shelter, transportation and play should penetrate into activities. Through repeated practice, he gradually mastered the method of hitting the ball, with a smile on his face and looking happy. Fortunately, with the successful experience just now, Wen Zhuo dared to try and practice, so he didn't give up so easily. Problem analysis:

From the perspective of physical fitness, the Guide puts forward that children "have certain balance ability, coordination and sensitivity" and "have certain strength and endurance" in big muscle movements. In racket games, children need hand-eye coordination, coordination of hand movements and physical activities, as well as sensitivity and endurance. Children aged 5-6 can hit the ball continuously. Wen Zhuo basically meets the requirements in continuous practice, but his batting skills and endurance need to be improved.

Wen Zhuo is an introverted boy, who often does his own thing and is more interested and persistent in the company of others. In this activity, Wen Zhuo met a problem while playing basketball. "When hitting the ball, the ball dropped many times, and his interest slowly disappeared. He chose to sit on the ball and watch other children hit the ball. After a while, the teacher intervened, and the language guided the children to learn how to play by watching other children play, imitating and summing up their own experience.

Solution:

In the scene, the child has two major problems: first, he has not mastered the technical points of the racket ball, which leads to mistakes in practice all the time and his skills have not been improved well; Second, because children have been in the experience of failure, children gradually lose interest and confidence in activities.

1. The teacher must first affirm the child. When helping children master the technical points of basketball shooting, we should use the method of peer encouragement to let good friends shoot with children. Teachers encourage in time to enhance children's interest and self-confidence.

2. Later, we can also discuss through photos or videos, so that children can find problems by themselves. What's the difference between fingers open and fingers together?
