What steps are needed for healthy communication?

There are four elements in healthy communication:

1, objective observation, not arbitrary judgment. Observe carefully what is happening and don't jump to conclusions.

2. Express your feelings accurately. You don't have to say what you think of something, but tell the other person how you really feel. Express your feelings in concrete language.

Know your inner needs and don't shirk your responsibilities. Think carefully about what your inner needs are.

4. Make specific requests to the other party without giving orders. What do you want the other person to do? Tell the other person what you want, not in a commanding tone.

These are the four steps of correct communication. We usually pay attention to the use of these four points in communication, and believe that our communication will be satisfactory. result
