1. Log in to your Health Road account.
2. Click the User Center option on the page.
3. Find and click "My Account" in the User Center page.
4. Select the balance refund option in the right area.
5. Fill in the login password for verification.
6. Fill in relevant information as required, including accurate details, such as the name of the bank where the account is opened.
7. Please wait patiently after submitting your application. About 7 to 10 working days, the funds will be transferred to the designated bank card.
