2. Japanese citizen's ID card, address, birth certificate, work certificate, proof of economic income or property status, proof of the relationship between Japanese citizen and settler who applied for entry, birth certificate, education certificate, health certificate, proof of no criminal behavior and 5 photos of settler who applied for entry, etc.

3. After investigating and verifying the civil affairs departments of the applicant and the guarantor, the Immigration Bureau of Japan determines that it meets the conditions for entry and settlement in Japan, and the Immigration Bureau will issue a notice to the guarantor and the Japanese embassy abroad. After receiving the notice, the applicant can apply for a visa to settle in Japan.
