3. Click "I want to consult" under the health code, go in and turn to labor, and then wait patiently. After manual connection, explain your situation. Customer service will ask you to provide the message number, the second nucleic acid result, ID card, name and telephone number.
4. Wait for the application for review, and turn to green code after the review is passed.
