Butterfly Crisp and Tang Guo are both traditional and innovative cakes and desserts with modern tastes. Their fillings are roughly the same, but their appearance and taste are different. Personally, I prefer Tang Guo, which has a delicate and dense taste, which is different from the sweet and greasy taste of Japanese Tang Guo.
