● Establish a "venture fund" and vigorously implement entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. Relying on professional education, combined with teaching reform, and taking business incubation center and business studio as platforms, students are encouraged to start their own businesses in combination with their majors. Previous students founded 28 companies and successfully left the school, attracting more than 500 college graduates.

● Establish three career experience and employment service centers in Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing, and build an employment service information platform. The employment rate of previous graduates is over 98%. The scientific research work of the college has leapt to a new level. Teachers actively carry out scientific research while teaching and educating people. Up to now, they have undertaken four horizontal projects 14, with the contract amount exceeding120,000 yuan and five vertical projects 15, and published a large number of academic papers and 20 textbooks. In 2005, our college participated in the bidding of the entrusted project of Zhejiang teaching science planning. After the evaluation and voting by the expert committee, our college undertook the research on the software development project of Zhejiang Education Geographic Information System. Our school is the only one in higher vocational colleges in the province that has won the bid for a class A scientific research project with financial support. After the completion of the project, the leaders of the National Education Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education attached great importance to it. At present, the National Education Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education, China Education Development Strategy Society and our college are cooperating to develop China Education Geographic Information System, and the research work of this subject is being carried out in a planned way.
