Guide to healthy eating

Breakfast is very important. Eat whole grains such as emperor, protein and vitamins, preferably light, such as porridge and vegetables.

Lunch is very rich, with vegetables and meat. It's best to eat less meat, more white meat, such as fish and chicken, rice, and some fruit half an hour after dinner.

Don't be full for dinner, eat light nutrition, or eat fruit or soup. Eat before nine o'clock, and seven o'clock is the best.
