After having the qualification of intermediate and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has been trained by the second-level health manager to reach the required standard hours and obtained the certificate of completion.

Have a master's degree or above in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years.

One of the following conditions can be declared as a first-class health manager:

Have been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager.

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the training of the first-class health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

Bachelor degree in medicine and health, engaged in this major or related professional work 13 years or more.

After obtaining the qualification of deputy senior and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has been trained by a first-class health manager and reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion.
