The right of reputation and health of natural persons

Legal subjectivity:

Enjoy the right of reputation. Reputation right can be divided into citizen's reputation right and legal person's reputation right. Citizen's right of reputation mainly includes the following aspects: 1. When news reports, books and magazines report, comment and disseminate real people and stories, they must not be inconsistent with the facts and affect the original social evaluation of citizens. 2. No one shall damage the reputation of others by insulting or slandering. No one is allowed to fabricate facts, frame others and discredit others.

Legal objectivity:

Article 990 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is the right to life, body, health, name, portrait, reputation, honor and privacy enjoyed by civil subjects. In addition to the personality rights stipulated in the preceding paragraph, natural persons enjoy other personality rights based on personal freedom and personal dignity.
