Wechat failed to find the information of children, old and young, so it can be queried again. The operation method is as follows.

1. First open WeChat and click "I", as shown below.

2. Then on the personal center page that opens, click "Pay".

3. Then click "Epidemic Prevention Health Code".

4. Click "View Epidemic Prevention Health Code".

5. Click "Get Now".

6. Then slide up at the bottom of the screen. Click "Old and Young Health Code Help Inquiry".

7. Finally, in the opened page, enter the name and ID number of the old man or child, and click Start Verification to complete.
