It is instinctive to love your children, but it is sacred to love others! This kind of love is the emotional basis for teachers to educate students. Once students realize this feeling, they will "learn from their teachers" and thus "believe in their way".
First, be strict with yourself and set an example for students to learn. "Teachers are role models for students." In my years of teaching, I found that teachers' words and deeds can really deeply affect students. Teachers' manners, moral cultivation, ways of doing things and hobbies have a subtle influence on students. Because children in primary school are young, have no strong sense of right and wrong and have strong imitation ability, they often regard teachers as their role models. It is in this process of imitation and influence that their personalities, hobbies, qualities and accomplishments are gradually formed. This influence of teachers on students is even lifelong. As educator Gary Ning said: "Teachers' world outlook, conduct, life and attitude towards every phenomenon all affect all students in one way or another." Therefore, teachers should play an exemplary role in front of students, strictly demand themselves in daily work and life, pay attention to their words and deeds, pay attention to their work attitudes and methods, set a good example for students, educate and infect students with their own good code of conduct and professional ethics, cultivate students' good conduct and accomplishment, and lay the foundation for their lifelong development.
Second, cultivate your enthusiasm for work and work with a positive attitude. The experience of many successful people tells us that success depends on a proactive attitude. Teachers' positive emotions and positive mentality are an internal driving force for physical and mental health, which can urge us to make positive progress. Not only that, teachers' good mentality can also bring great influence to students, promote their healthy and happy growth, and finally realize the educational and teaching goals and form a virtuous circle. On the other hand, if teachers are lazy and passive, then the flowers of the motherland will hang their heads and lose their spirits, and naturally they will not thrive.
Nowadays, due to the higher requirements of the society for teachers, teachers' own heavy work tasks and increasing work pressure, many teachers are tired of their work and have low enthusiasm for work, which greatly affects the quality of our work and is not conducive to the development and growth of students. As teachers, we should realize that this situation is not good for teachers' own development and students' growth. We should learn to overcome the difficulties in our work, look at the work with a positive and optimistic attitude, strive to complete the task of education and teaching, and realize the win-win situation of teachers' value and students' growth.
